Happy New Year! — Money and Virtualization are two of the top items on IT’s wish list for 2010

According to industry analysts, it wasn’t a fun year for most IT managers with budgets being slashed and demand for services on the rise. The good news is that many budgets will grow in 2010, but for those staying flat, IT is looking at virtualization to make the most out of what they have (http://bit.ly/7olcBw).

We’re looking forward to helping IT with their virtualization needs in 2010 with our support for VMware Infrastructure Management and MS Hyper-V.  And, as always, there is nothing like being able to get the job done anywhere at anytime: incidents get resolved, costs stay down, users are satisfied.

Here’s to a prosperous and successful 2010!
